Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
I was worried that the sugar wouldn't dissolve and the dip would be gritty, but it actually disappears quite nicely into the cream cheese. I thought a full cup of sugar sounded like a lot, so I cut that in half, and then added in a couple tablespoons of raspberry preserves - oh man is this stuff good. It's like crack. I could eat this all day long.

The Original Home-Baked Girl Scout Cookie
This recipe made a very sticky dough that was the consistency of most drop cookies. Even after sitting in the freezer for over an hour, there was no way to roll it out. The cookies taste rather bland and flat.

Soft Christmas Cookies
I'm very pleased with this recipe. The dough was very easy to work with and I used very little flour while rolling them out. The cookies held their shape perfectly after baking. When I first removed the cookies from the oven, they were a tiny bit crisp around the edges, but after sitting overnight in an airtight container, they were soft and tender all the way through. They're sweet enough that icing is unnecessary.
