The guests at our party really liked these - we did them in the shape of the first letter of the two guests of honor. I thought that the cheese sauce that went along with the pretzels was EXCELLENT and bought frozen pretzels to eat with the leftover sauce.

Curry Chicken Salad

I thought this was an excellent recipe. I love the addition of the eggs, it made it very different. I added more mayo (until it was creamy) and some golden raisins. I will defintely be making this again. P.S. I recently made this again and put the salad in tiny phyllo cups and served as an appetizer. Went over very, very well.

Seven Layer Dip I

It was very easy to prepare and looked awesome, but I didn't care for beef very much at room temperature. However, my guests seemed to like it as most of it was gone at the end of the night. What was left, I heated up in the microwave and loved it! Next time, I will either serve it warm or leave the beef off, but it is definitely staying in my recipe box.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

This was the best artichoke dip I have ever made. I did everything the same - except I used marinated artichoke hearts. I halved the recipe for four of us and we had it on baguettes. As soon as I saw that the main ingrediant wasn't mayonnaise, I was sure it would be great (I hate the really greasy types of artichoke dip). This was not greasy in the slightest.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

First off, this recipe is very easy and quick to make. Second, it is very good. It was the first time I made chili, and I was excited with the little amount of prep time involved and the rave reviews it got. We used super hot salsa to give it some kick and topped it with cheddar cheese.
