Deliciously Sweet Salad with Maple, Nuts, Seeds, Blueberries, and Goat Cheese
This has become my favorite salad dressing - and the better ingredients you use, the better it gets. This is my go-to-salad, it is absolutely delicious.

California Roll Salad
I was a little worried about this recipe after some of the more recent reviews, but it is excellent. Made exactly as is, but topped it with some toasted nori and used wasabi paste rather than powder. As in any other salad, it's best to eat it right after its been tossed with the dressing, which we did. It was absolutely awesome and will have a heavy rotation at our house.

Caesar Salad Supreme
I scrolled down about 40 reviews looking for someone, anyone, who had actually followed this recipe, but couldn't find one. I, however, followed it to a T - right down to the real anchovies and not anchovy paste. IT WAS EXCELLENT. I've been using an "authentic" caeser recipe for awhile, and this is much, much better (and easier to make). This is going on my list of keepers and will replace any caeser dressing I make in the future.
