I just noticed this morning when I make changes to a recipe to lower the calories and fat the nutritional value when printed remains as the original recipe. I update the Classic Bran Muffin recipe which is phenomonal but little puzzled that the nutritional
change to reflect…
Been baking since my Mom allowed me to pull up a stool and roll pie dough with her. She was always patient with me and allowed me to make my own creations. First big success,buttermil cornbread...I can still hear my uncle raving about what a great cook I was. I was 8 at the time. :)

I added 3 tablespoons of instant coffee granules to a recipe that called for 3 tablespoons of coffee. ACCCKKK My Dad said we should sell them to truck drivers, the caffeine would keep them awake. They were dreadful.
