Nutritional Value Update

I just noticed this morning when I make changes to a recipe to lower the calories and fat the nutritional value when printed remains as the original recipe. I update the Classic Bran Muffin recipe which is phenomonal but little puzzled that the nutritional
change to reflect healthier ingredients. Anyone got an answer for how you edit nutritional value?
