Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2013
Great easy meal. Prepared as written with the exception of doubling the gravy.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 30, 2013
Yummy!!! The only thing I altered was the cooking time. I covered them and cooked them for 20 min. Turned them, added a little bit more sauce and cooked them for another 20 more mins uncovered. Oh, sorry, I also double the sauce because it's so yummy!! Will cook again for sure.

Sangria! Sangria!

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
This is the best Sangria I have ever made! The only changes I made were to eliminate the cherries (I don't like them) and added a cinnamon stick. As far as the fruit goes, I cleaned out the fruit bowl, any kind of fruit works. The key to this Sangria is the Brandy and letting it sit overnight. Makes for a great party punch. Enjoy!!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
What a fabulous recipe. This was my first cheesecake and it’s defiantly a keeper. For the crust, I used: 1 1 /2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1/4 c. finely chopped Unsalted nuts (walnuts, pecans), 1/4 c. melted butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon and a 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Mix together and press into 9" spring form pan and baked for 5 minutes. I didn't have a pan big enough to put my 9-inch spring form pan in for a water bath, so I just put it on a rack and put a pan of water underneath it. It was steamy enough to produce a perfect uncracked cake. Highly recommend!!

Classic Goulash

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2011
Just 2 of us so I cut the recipe in half. So glad I did, as there was plenty for us to have lunch the next day. I used Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic because that's all I had. Different from the goulash I was raised on but will definately make again. This is a keeper!!
