I had weight loss surgery so often cook items that are high protein/low carb. Have also discovered I am gluten sensitive so am exploring gluten-free cooking/baking and have been somewhat successful.

Baked desserts, protein-based meals such as gumbo, baked chicken and pork, grilled gf pizza and shrimp.
