Very simple to make. I had all of the ingredients already so no shopping! :) I made exactly as the recipe said, and they turned out great! The taste was a nice mild chocolate flavour, and the texture was quite similar to a brownie. I will make these again. Thanks for sharing!

Sweet Potato Pie I

I live in the Canadian Prairies. And we eat a lot of Pumpkin pie here..not so much Sweet potato pie. My husband actually made this recipe as a surprise for me, as I love Southern Style cooking..and Paula Deen is my hero! LOL. This was outstanding. All the same flavors as a pumpkin pie..but this had a creamy velvety texture! We served it with some simple whipped cream. Absolutely amazing! We are making a couple to take home to our families for Easter. My husband (who is NOT a baker) said this was a very easy recipe to follow. Thank you so much for sharing. We will be using this again, and again! It's a keeper!

Baked Spaghetti

This recipe was easy and so delicious!! I made 1 9x13 pan for 7 people and there was tons left over. It tasted just as good if not better the next day! I did add a bit more sauce like some of the other reviewers suggested. I will make this again when we have a big crowd! Thanks for the recipe!

Sunshine Chicken

Mom's Pineapple-Carrot Cake

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III

This is the best chocolate zucchini cake I have ever tasted. Very easy to make..so moist and a great chocolate flavor without being too sweet. I put this on the table at work at 9am and it was gone by 10:30. I will make this again and again and again. Thanks for sharing.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! I made 2 roasts like this for a luau..and I got rave reviews. For one I left it at just the plain pulled pork, and the other I doctored up a honey BBQ sauce to go with it. This recipe rocks, and is super easy. I will definatley make this again. Thanks for sharing it!

Cream of Coconut Cake

This cake fell into a million pieces when I tried to layer it. For all of the effort it took, and for all of the shops I went to to try and find cream of coconut this recipe is NOT worth it. I didn't even get to sample the whole thing all put togewther because the cake never made it that far. Very dissapointed.

Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

This sauce was just okay. It has a very strong vinegar taste even after additional sweetening. I did thicken it a bit more so it would resemble more of a sauce than a dip..but I have had better sauces.

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

What a quick and easy recipe! I made it for my family tonight and there is not 1 piece left! Just incase anyone else has this dilema..the store I went to did not have a yellow cake mix so I bought a vanilla cake mix instead. It was very good! I would recommend this to anyone! I will definately make this again!

These were absolutely delicious! I don't usually go for the fruit and meat thing..but this was really good. I wish I knew how to wrap the chicken as neatly as the picture but none the less great recipe. I will make again for sure!

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

AMAZING PIE!!!! So simple...so easy! I thought for sure that it would turn out too sweet because it seemed like a lot of sugar. But it was perfect! You still get that tart zip of the rhubarb that I love! I also added some cinnamon to the sugar mixture..just because I love that flavor. Make sure to put some of the sugar mixture on the bottom like the recipe states. This forms a layer under the rhubarb while baking, so that the crust doesn't get soggy. My dad said that this pie tastes almost identical to the one his Mom used to make. That alone will make me use this recipe over and over again! Thanks

Peppermint Patty Surprise

A great cookie! I make them year after year at Christmas time. I make them exactly as the recipe calls for...but I have ran out of the mint segments that you put in the middle.( I doubled the recipe, but didn't have enough mint patties) So I made the rest just like normal cookies, and they turned out awesome! So either way I love this recipe! Thanks

Best Ever Pie Crust

Easiest crust I have ever made! It freezes wonderfully and always comes out flakey. My Grandmother was a professional pie maker back in her day (no exageration!) and my Dad said that this was the closest thing he has tasted since Gramma's pie crust! HUGE compliment. Thanks for the easy recipe. I will use it always!

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

Absolutley amazing cookies! I love them SOO much I make them every Christmas. I can't figure out how to get the caramel to stay inside the cookie. It tends to melt outside of the dough when they are baking. That doesn't matter to me..because they taste great!!

Emily's Famous Apple Pie

I made this pie for Thanksgiving dinner and it was a HUGE hit! The recipe was easy to follow and turned out perfect! I made 1 with a full top crust and 1 with a lattice top. If you make a lattice top, the pie filling tends to dry up a little quicker. I will make this pie over and over again! Thanks for submitting it!

Chocolate Truffles
