'Adios, Turkey' Casserole

This was pretty good! I would suggest sauteeing the onions first because I personally don't care for crunchy onions. Also wish I would have added more cheese throughout and on top. Overall, very good..thx!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These brownies are fabulous!!! Fudgey, chocolately and delish!! I thought about cutting/substituting some of the sugar, but decided to follow the recipe to a T. Sooo glad I did because they are TO DIE FOR!! I listened to anothe review, took them out at 35 min and let them cool completely before cutting...heaven!!! Just a warning, the batter is quite thick and spreading it was a task...but this is the best brownie recipe ever!!! NEVER do the brownie in a box again!!! Thanks for sharing!

I think the idea maybe good, but the dijon mustard didn't combine well with the rest of the ingrediants for me (and I love dijon!).

Mama's Potato Salad

This potato salad is wonderful!! I cut down the yellow mustard a little and added some celery, but otherwise followed to the T. My new fav!! Thanks!

Antipasto Pasta Salad

Excellent!! I just made this one hour ago for a Christmas open house at my work tomorrow. I made it with some garlic, tri color rotini, artichoke hearts and added some fresh mozzerella..omitted peppers because I am not crazy about them. Also used white balsamic vinegar so it wouldnt be brownish colored. Even if I hadnt changed anything at all, its THE BEST pasta salad I have ever had!!!!! My picky 3 yo even likes it! Asaigo cheese in this is wonderful!!! I thought it would be too strong but its a MUST!!! Thank you!!
