I'm fourteen years old and have been baking for a few years now, I love it and want to make a career out of it! Allrecipes has been my favorite site since I started, and I've just gotten to making an account! I can't wait to start uplading photos of all the things I bake! I don't "cook" much, but I'd love to start. As for baking, I love cookies, muffins, and cakes. My favorite thing is baking with yeast,though. I've made pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and even bagels! It is more challenging and very time consuming, but so worth it! I am beginning to experiment with pies and breads, and all the other great recipes I find on this site. I'm up for anything. My family likes to eat wholesome foods, so we're always trying out new, hearty recipes like brown bread and oatcakes. One of my favorite memories is baking with my grandmother at her house in Ireland, we made jam from the currant bushes in her backyard and the most delicious scones I've ever had. Cinnamon rolls. Those were a challenge the first time I made them, but I was determined to get them right, and I did. That's what really got me into cooking with yeast.
