Jalapeno Popper Spread
Ok, so I used a 4 oz can of chopped green chilies, chopped them finer. Then added a handful of fresh chilies, I like spice. I also topped it with the bread crumb and Parmesan cheese topping. I kept some of this mixture to the side and stuffed mushrooms with it. SO GOOD! I pulled out the stems to the mushrooms and sauteed them with a little red onion and mixed it with the cream cheese. I sauteed the whole mushrooms for a few minutes, then added the cheese mixture and baked in oven at 350 for five minutes.
Delicious. Btw, this is my absolute favorite dip. I LOVED IT! I devoured it.
