Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Great recipe. I doubled the sauce and cut sugar to 3/4 cup (1/2 white, 1/4 brown), used skinless, boneless chicken thighs that we don't usually eat, but got on sale. Covered with foil for the first half of cooking and finished under the broiler. Love it will be having this again.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Love it. It was my first time making a cheesecake. I put my cheesecake in a oven bag and then a waterbath, baked for 60mins turned the oven off and let it sit for 60 min in the unopened oven. I used seedless raspberry jam and vanilla flavored liquid coffee creamer. This recipe is a keeper. DE-LIC-IOUS will be making again... soon.
