Baked Orange-Glazed Chicken

Reviewed: May 6, 2013
This wasn't terrible, however, it was very bland. I also added cumin along with the paprika as someone mentioned cumin in a review. The "sauce" never really turned into a sauce. It was more of a juice. The chicken was juicy, but not very appealing. Everyone ate it, but I wouldn't make it again.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2012
This is a simple, and perfect receipe......just follow the directions. Important....once the sugar mixture is boiling (rolling boil), set your timer for 7 minutes and do not stir! Add the ingredients as directed after the boiling process. Pour into wax paper lined glass 9X13 dish, cover with press and seal wrap and set in a cool place, i.e. cold garage. My first attempt at PB fudge....perfection!!

Oven Ribs

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
I used diet cola so I added 1/3 cup brown sugar to cola/ketchup/ginger mixture. Before browning the ribs, I sprinkled paprika, onion salt, ground black paper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2012
Very good tenderloin. I did only use 1 cup wine with 1 cup beef broth and am glad I did. I seared the mean with olive oil and butter before putting the meat into the dish. Other than that, I followed the rest of recipe.
