Chicken Enchilada Soup III

So good! I omitted the salt and used velveeta instead of cheddar, then topped with cheddar, sour cream, avocado, and crushed tortilla chips to serve. Also used all lower sodium chickem broth instead of water. Awesome!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

This was excellent! Wonderful flavor. I did add more barbeque sauce than it called for. I removed the pork after 10 hrs., shredded it, then drained about half of the sauce; added pork back and even added additional barbeque sauce at that time. It helped it be a little less watery. I used a combo of Stubbs original barbque sauce and the spicy flavor. Also added a Tbls. of soy sauce. Very good!
