Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak
Ok, not great. I think it all depends on the meat you buy and my meat was so-so. Toughened up in the cooking process.

Spinach Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
AMAZING! So easy! I have made these 5x in the last 3 weeks. They re-heat really well too so you can make/bake ahead and then refrigerate and reheat. Best advise is after you chop the fresh spinach, put it in the microwave for 45 seconds to let it wilt a little. Then mis with all the other ingredients. I also used thinly sliced Peppered Salami chopped up... so tasty!

Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms
5 Stars with my simple changes -- saute mushrooms and onions first in pan with some butter and Worcestershire sauce. Remove. -- bread chicken with sage spice. Saute in pan with butter. Remove and then add 1 c chicken broth and some red wine -- reduce to 1/2 and add a bit of flour to thicken. Lay chicken on plate, put sauteed mushrooms and onions on top and then then pour the yummy sauce on top!
