Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2014
This is my go-to for Thanksgiving and other holiday meals. I serve it with orange segments on the side.

Aunt Cora's World's Greatest Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2014
This is my favorite cookie EVER. I did add the vanilla/salt that one reviewer suggested. My favorite way to make these is to split the amount of chocolate chips with mini M&Ms.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2014
Made the recipe exactly as is. The husband liked them so much that he offered to do the dishes! The batter will be a little thick; that's ok. These taste like the cookie version of a pb cup. Thank you!!!

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
Followed another reviewer's advice and added 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce (I use low sodium). Did not add extra salt, replacing it with ginger. This was delicious!

Spinach-Stuffed Pork Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
I didn't have twine, so I butterflied the meat, as other posters suggested. It was fantastic. I added extra garlic to the spinach mix. I will definitely be making this again. Not only does it taste incredible, it looks like something you'd see served in a gourmet restaurant. Thank you!

Easy Garlic Ginger Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
I read the other reviews and used less lime juice, as posters had suggested. This wasn't bad, but we weren't crazy about it. The flavor was quite mild.

Greatest (and EASIEST!) dip ever. Took a previous poster's advice and cooked it on 400 degrees. What a perfect football game recipe! Thank you!

Easy Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
In a casserole dish with 2 tsp of soy sauce added. This was fantastic, and not too sweet! (unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon cut WAY down on the sugar). Will be making again soon, and it made the whole house smell fantastic!

Uncooked Banana Pudding

I made this for brunch for 10, to rave reviews. Used a little less milk and light sour cream. Everyone loved it. I'll be making it again, thanks !

Blackberry Spinach Salad

Served this recently at a brunch, minus the green onions, and no one could get enough. This from a crowd that isn't big on fruit. Thank you!!

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Wasn't that enamored of the texture of the pork. The flavor was good, but it dried out a bit quickly...

Smothered Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2008
These were fantastic, and thanks to the gravy, the pork chops were very juicy! I didn't have browning sauce, so I substituted low-sodium soy sauce. Delicious!!! Will be making again and again. Thank you!

Chicken Potato Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2008
The flavor in this was out of sight, and I didn't even use the italian seasoning, just a little garlic and onion powder. A fantastic dish, but like several other reviewers, my potatoes were cut too large (my fault) and didn't all totally cook through. Next time: smaller slices, for there will be a next time! Yum! Update....I microwaved the potatoes as some of you had suggested and it was fantastic. My husband finished the pan!

Peanut Butter Bars VI

This was one of the best things I've made/eaten in a long time. As a peanut butter lover, I am sure to make these again. Thank you!! My only thought is to try the next batch with a little marshmallow fluff in addition to the peanut butter...
