Grandma VanDoren's White Bread
Tasty! This was my first time making bread without my mom holding my hand through it, haha, only took me 22 years :)
I didn't have the right yeast, so I used what I did have (3 packets of rapid rise) and it turned out nicely!
Used 2/3 for bread and the last 1/3 I rolled out flat, brushed with melted butter, sprinkled with a brown sugar/cinnamon/glazed walnut mix, rolled, sliced, and made cinnamon rolls! Baked the rolls for 15 mins and they turned out awesome too!
