Raspberry Almond Kiss Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2007
very good and easy!! I used Brach's chocolate stars instead of kisses and skipped the glaze. Doubled the recipe and made them small and it made exactly 6 doz. Baked for 10 minutes.

This was so easy and so good! I used crushed pork rinds instead of bread crumbs to make it low carb. I also used a mixture of grated parmesan and shredded parmesan. Excellent!

Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2003
I used a 12 oz jar of Trappey's Torrido Sante Fe Grande Hot Peppers (store did not have pepperoncinis). It was very hot and spicy, just the way we like it! I shredded it over toast and then broiled a slice of pepper jack cheese on top. Very Good! Thanks Joyce

Teriyaki Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2003
This is great stuff. I also use it for stir-fry sauce for beef-broccoli and chicken-broccoli dishes. I just thicken a bit at the end of cook time. I have also used splenda and it works fine! Thanks Mary~

Chocolate Cookie Mix in a Jar

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2003
These are super easy and everyone loved them. They also turn out nice, not too flat. I subbed a new product (for me) Andes mint chocolate bits instead of the semi-sweet chips and nuts.I baked for about 8 minutes and let them cool before removing from parchment. Thanks Jennifer!

I doubled the recipe and baked in a 13X9 for about 20 minutes. I did not use the frosting but topped with mini m&ms and milk choc chips. I baked the night before I needed them. Super easy 1 pot clean up. Fudgy and delicious! Thanks Angie!

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2003
I added a little salt and vanilla. The recipe made much more than 3 doz. Got rave reviews from family and friends but they flattened like little chocolate pancakes. I made a doz and then refrigerated the leftover dough overnight. The cold dough did not keep them from being flat. Tasted good but looked kinda funny.

Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2003
excellent, great chocolate fix!!!! I used Ghardelli semisweet and used splenda for the sugar. I baked at 430 for 9 minutes. Used Bakers Joy and had no problem removing from cups. We ate as is but would be great with whipped cream or ice cream. Will definately make again and again. Thanks Russ!

Chocolate Mousse Cake IV

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2003
I used Hersheys deep dark chocolate cake recipe from this site instead of a mix. The mousse I used to fill and frost the two layer cake. It was one of the most moist cakes ever. I even had extra mousse to use with each serving. wonderful!! Will make again and again! Thanks

Fortune Cookies So Easy

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2003
my daughter and I just made these. We compared this recipe with another one she found on another site. the only difference was water was increased to 3 tablespoons and butter to 6 tablespoons. I thought these would be so difficult but that was not the case. She wanted to make them for a friend who is leaving town. They turned out so nice!!! We only did 4 at a time to ensure time to fold before they started to crack. We let them get good and brown on the edges, folded then placed in a mini-muffin tin to hold the shape. Just wonderful and tasted so much better than store bought. Thanks Babycakes!

This was super easy and pretty good! I marinated boneless chops for about an hour. I seasoned the meat with cajun seasoning before adding other ingredients. We used the sauce for dipping. Thanks Jodi for a easy meal!
