Home Rice
I wasn't expecting to find an omuraisu recipe here. I've never been to Japan, but I decided to try my hand at making this after observing this dish several times in anime and an webisode of cooking with dog. How I've read it is that it is one of those western dishes that morphed into a more Japanese favorite, kind of like how Ramune was actually inspired from Lemonade in the beginning. Omuraisu supposedly stands for omulet rice. I don't usually use specific measurements, but this recipe couldn't hurt. I've always cooked the rice with oil, but it should be good with butter.

Mayonnaise Biscuits
I have never made biscuits before, so I didn't really know what to expect. That being said, this was probably the easiest thing I've ever made. They were delicious fresh out of the oven, and they only required ingredients that you would already have on hand. I guess that's probably true with all biscuits. Anyway, I like how fluffy they were. I'll make these again.

Mexican Rice II
I really enjoyed this rice. It was surprisingly easy, and I've never cooked rice before, but this turned out great. I didn't use long grain rice, but a Japanese medium grain, but it worked well. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and I added some minced garlic before I put the rice in. I also used half of a a chopped white onion, a whole tomato(diced), and a jalapeno(also diced). Instead of tomato sauce, I used a small can of tomato paste. I also added fresh cilantro at the end.
