Best Spanish Rice

First time making rice, it was very easy and It came out great! I didn't have chicken broth on hand, but It was very tasty anyway!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

This recipe is amazing! I've made it for family and friends and everyone loves it!! The only thing I did differently was I used 1/2 cup margarine, 1/2 cup butter..if you haven't made these cookies already, you have no idea what you are missing out on!
