Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Great recipe! I did cheat a little bit, I do not care for canned mushrooms so I used fresh mushrooms. I used veal instead of beef round steak because I had a lot of veal that I wanted to use up. I also did not have any egg noodles or noodles of any sort so I peeled and quartered potatoes and added them to the crock pot with all the other ingredients. Worked quite well but next time I will make sure I have egg noodles available.

Lime Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

This recipe was okay but certainly nothing to write home about. It seemed to be lacking in something. I found it quite bland and would spice up the chicken if I were to make it again.

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Wings

This was a big hit in my family. I precooked the wings before adding them to the crock pot and I also broiled them for about 5 - 7 minutes when they were cooked only because my husband decided the sauce need thickening, which took a little extra time. My son also said that this recipe out ranked any other dinner that I had made and that eventually I would run out of really good recipes to try and have nothing left to cook. I replied "that's my Plan"!!

Sinful Banana Pudding

Very easy pudding to make and also very tasty. I used white chocolate liqueur instead of amaretto which gave it a great chocolate/ banana flavor. Will try this recipe again using coconut pudding and banana liqueur to see what that combination tastes like.

Chicken Roll Ups

My family loved this recipe. I didn't have Italian dressing so I used a 5 herb dressing and it turned out wonderfully. We will be enjoying this dish for many more meals to come.
