Spicy Beef Curry Stew for the Slow Cooker
Yum....that's all I have to say. The only modification I made was to use 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper instead of the jalapeno because I didn't have one. The whole family loved it.

Broiled Ginger Chicken
Oh my gosh....this was so good! The entire family loved it. I doubled the spices as per the prior reviews. Excellent. Amazing. Fast and Easy. Nothing more I could ask for.

California Chicken Salad Tacos
This was pretty good. I have also made a modified version with less liquid and canned chicken as an alternative to boring chicken salad.
