Very good for salad dressing or to use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls.

Delicious and easy! Covered with foil for the last 10 minutes and the chicken came out moist.

Pesto Pasta with Green Beans and Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
This dish was too heavy for my taste. I also over boiled the potatoes (7 + 3 min. was too long), which caused them to break up when mixing. Don't think I'll make this again.

Mexican Bean Salad

Reviewed: May 13, 2009
Really good! Could also pass as a salsa; great served with chips. Do not use the whole amount of dressing, it is way too much. You only need half or 3/4 of the amount so start by adding a little at a time.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: May 13, 2009
Made these for a baby shower. Definitely use candy melts and not just melted white chocolate chips (which doesn't coat as nicely and harder to work with). People loved them but I thought they were too sweet for my taste. It is a lot of work, so be prepared to have some time set aside for the dipping.

Chicken Vicious

I love garlic and spicy but the vinegar was too over-powering in this dish.

Really easy to make and tasty, just nothing spectacular. A good dish to make on a busy week night.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

I wan't that impressed with this recipe. And both loaves I made, although they passed the toothpick test, still had spots that were not fully baked.

Moroccan Salmon Cakes with Garlic Mayonnaise

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2006
Tasty! although my husband doesn't like it as much, maybe because he doesn't like cooked spinach? They sometimes fall apart when frying, so I don't make them too large. I love them!

Crab Ceviche

Tastes delicious!!! Chop everything very small and make sure to let it sit so the flavors blend. I left out the olive oil and didn't miss it. Would like to try it with some avocado.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2004
Soft and delicious!!! The instant vanilla pudding adds subtle flavor and softens the cookies. Just be careful when adding it while using the mixer, the pudding mix tends to fly everywhere. A definite keeper recipe.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2004
I don't know what we did wrong but this was not at all worth the time needed to put into it to cook. It was a very starchy dish and the dumplings overwhelmed the rest of the dish. Won't be making this dish ever again.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2003
Excellent recipe that won me a baking contest! Soft enough that they can be eaten without being dipped in a drink. Make sure to let the logs cool before slicing them, otherwise they will crumble and fall apart. Highly recommended!!!!
