Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I made these with Cup4Cup (gluten free flour blend from Williams-Sonoma) and they were divine. You have no idea how amazing this cookie was after a very long time of no soft cookies!

Brazilian Collards

I grew up in the south eating collards. These are the best I've ever made/had. Our family absolutely loves them. Can't believe there are so few reviews of these - try them!
