Sour Cream Pound Cake
I made the recipe as written except I baked my cake in a deep 8 inch round cake pan. It only took about 40 minutes to cook. Next time I will bake it at 350. The bottom got just a little more brown than I like. I don't recall ever making a cake without flavoring. Since I often make shortbread without flavoring I tried it. It's perfectly delicious. It has a somewhat "natural", for lack of better term, quality to it without the flavoring. The texture was spot on, dense yet fluffy still. This is the perfect cake to serve with strawberries. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Jen's Fresh and Spicy Salsa
I liked this recipe. I peeled and deseeded the tomatoes before using them. I also used fresh garlic instead of powdered. I tripled the recipe because I have a lot of tomatoes. (I'm going to freeze half the salsa.) I left out the black pepper because my 3 year old only likes mild or medium salsa. After I set hers aside, I added black pepper and cayenne to the rest. Yum. Thanks for sharing the recipe

Peanut Butter Cornflake Crunch Bars
These are really yummy. I made these with 7 cups of cereal instead of 10, crunchy peanut butter and rainbow sprinkles on top. They're just as described, like crispy treats except with cornflakes and peanut butter. I definitely would not use 10 cups of cereal as stated. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
