Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
This was a big hit for Sunday family dinner. I seasoned the fish with salt, black pepper, paprika etc like I normally do, then added the glaze. Anything that was left over I made a reduction and drizzled it on top. Wonderful.... hubby wants it again this week...
