I love to cook for large crowds. People have told me I make one of the best lasagnas they have ever had. I think cheese is Italian foods best friend. I love to cook pastas, baked ziti, manicotti, canaloni... My mother was not a great cook, she cooked to live, my grandmother cooked for the same reasons but loved to bake. I think I live to cook and bake to enjoy! I cook just about everything I try well, not perfect but very nicely. I really don't enjoy making puddings, I don't like those thick skins that get produced with cooked puddings.
