Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2006
Very simple and very flavorful! I am a little paranoid about undercooked chicken, so I followed the recipe's instructions for cooking the chicken stovetop, and then put them in a baking dish (topped off with the pan drippings and covered with tin foil) and baked them at 375 for about 20 minutes. It was the most tender and moist chicken I've had in a really long time. I will definitely make this again!!!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2006
This is yummy. The only thing I do differently is add a few forkfuls of jalapeno slices (from a jar) and a couple of beef bouillon cubes. I also use one thinly sliced onion instead of the onion salt. I shred the beef and then make sure it has plenty of time to sit in the slowcooker so the flavors can soak in. I serve this with Brownberry Sandwich buns and provolone cheese. Very good!

Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2006
This is a great sauce! I used boneless ribs and they came out a tad on the dry side, but I will adjust my cooking method next time and use the same recipe. The preparation is quick enough that you'll never want to use a bottled sauce again!

Chicken Danielle

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2006
I must say that I'm surprised this recipe doesn't have more reviews. I found it on here back in 2002 and have been making it ever since. This is a big kid-pleasing recipe. All of my picky eaters ask for it, and my husband LOVES it. I don't really understand the "soup over noodles" comments - maybe they omitted an ingredient or skipped a step. I love this recipe and will continue making it! YUM!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2006
I made this exactly as suggested, and boy was it delicious! Even my picky 2-year-old loved it. This is definitely a keeper at our house. It is super easy to make. I disagree with the reviewers that said angel hair pasta isn't substantial enough to go with the sauce - we loved it. Thanks for a great recipe!!!

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2006
Very, very good. I used the entire 5lbs. of potatoes (minus 2), and I omitted (on accident) the salt and pepper. I salted the water to boil the potatoes, but I completely forgot to season the dish. The next time I make this, I will pepper to taste, but leave out the salt entirely - between the ham, soup, and cheese, it didn't need any (and I general like more salt than most people). I used a pound of deli sliced honey ham, chopped, and it was perfect. The only suggestion I have is to mix everything except the potatoes in a large bowl FIRST, and then combine. It's a very large dish, so it was a little difficult to mix. It was delicious though, and I will definitely make this again. Perfect for a potluck, we had tons of leftovers.
