Great recipe! Kids loved these! I followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of substituting mini chocolate chips for the raisins. I also used whole wheat pastry flour instead of white. They freeze well, so it's easy to make more than one batch at a time. Tonight when I make them, I am going to try 1/4 cup ground flax seed and 1/4 cup wheat germ, instead of all wheat germ. I am so happy to have a homemade substitute for the grocery store granola bars that are full of unwanted ingredients!!! Thank you for the recipe!
