I read a lot of reviews and finally came up with how I wanted to make this. I did everything pretty much the same except I mixed the sour cream with a pound of ricotta, and some oregano and bread crumbs for personal preference. I also poured the sauce directly on top of the pasta because I wanted the pasta to soak in the flavor of the sauce. Instead of using provologne slices I used mozerella, and the kind that's alread pre sliced. Instead of shredded mozerella I used a whole bag of italian cheese blend because I'm a cheese lover. cover, and enjoy! This recipe makes A LOT . EVERYONE COULDN'T GET ENOUGH! I will def be making this in the future!
