Quick and Easy Brownies
The taste was delicious from the moment I added the cocoa (I continually sample what I make...). I think I messed up somewhere, maybe it's because I didn't account for a higher altitude or because I halved it and put it in a 9x9 pan, since I don't have 8x8. The texture was just a little bit funny and the middle was extremely thin. I added less flour as others suggested, but I might try adding a bit more and perhaps omitting the baking powder, since I haven't seen it in hardly any brownie recipes anyway.
Loved the taste, though, and they really were quick and easy!
