Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Made this for Thanksgiving. I am not a big fan of corn but I reaaly liked this casserole. My sister gets headaches from onions so I thought this would be a good recipe that she could eat, It is very good. I did not change the recipe in any way. I will make this again for sure.

Rhubarb Cake II

This was great. The water makes it less rich and of course healthier. I love Rhubarb so I only used 1/4 cup of sugar.This was sweet enough and I had a little tang of the rhubarb. For me this was plenty of sugar with the jello. I did use strawberry jello. My rhubarb was frozen so I followed the directions and used just 1/2 cup of water. The only alteration I made was I did top it with 1 cup of chopped pecans (also like the old original recipe called for).

Almond Coconut Chocolate Cake

I read a lot of the reviews and was hesitant to follow the recipe because so many thought this recipe was too rich. My decision was to bake two cakes and divide the topping. I did add some whole almonds as well. I made sure the cakes and the toppings were completely cool. I was very happy with the results. I had many requests for the recipe. This recipe(made with two cakes) will be great if you need a dessert for work or to take to a function. This way the family will not be disappointed because there will be a cake for them as well! It also can be made a day or two ahead as it just gets better.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

I tried 2 other Peanut Butter Fudge recipes (disappointing) and then I came to All Recipes. This recipe is "THE TICKET". If you follow the directions, you will be sooooooo happy with the results. My husband said that this fudge is awesome. My search ends here, This is the best Peanut butter fudge!!!

Cranberry Pecan Pie

************************************************ This is a wonderful recipe. Its a new way to add cranberries to the holidays. My family calls me a "pie snob" because I bake a lot of pies and I am very picky. I think the cranberries are a perfect compliment to the pecan pie. I have made this recipe 3 times and everyone that I served it to gave it rave reviews. This pie will be one I make for every holiday. I will also make it for myself!! I AM picky and I would give this pie 10 stars if I could. Carolyn, Bless your heart for sharing this recipe with us. ************************************************

Italian Style Pork Chops

I read the other reviews and it seems like the only negative remarks were that the coating did not stick well and that the chops are too rich. With this in mind (and always thinking of the fat and calories!) I used just 1/2 cup of melted margarine mixed with 3/4 cup of buttermilk. The chops were just wonderful. I did have some coating left but only about a cup so I think the buttermilk makes the coating stick better. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. The chops were very moist and very tasty. I would not hesitate to seve this to guests. Thanks Marilyn for sharing this Great recipe.

Buried Cherry Cookies

These are the BEST!! I used half of a cherry as recommended by another review since I had the BIG cherries. It worked great. The frosting is perfect (not runny at all) but I was very careful to make sure it was completely cool & so were the cookies. I put the cooled frosting into my Pampered Chef Easy Accent Decorator and it really made it easy and fast. These are easy to make....Just follow the directions and you can't go wrong. These are perfect for the holidays.
