Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
Made this for Thanksgiving. I am not a big fan of corn but I reaaly liked this casserole. My sister gets headaches from onions so I thought this would be a good recipe that she could eat, It is very good. I did not change the recipe in any way. I will make this again for sure.

Rhubarb Cake II
This was great. The water makes it less rich and of course healthier. I love Rhubarb so I only used 1/4 cup of sugar. This was sweet enough and I had a little tang of the rhubarb. For me this was plenty of sugar with the jello. I did use strawberry jello. My rhubarb was frozen so I followed the directions and used just 1/2 cup of water. The only alteration I made was I did top it with 1 cup of chopped pecans (also like the old original recipe called for).

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
I tried 2 other Peanut Butter Fudge recipes (disappointing) and then I came to All Recipes. This recipe is "THE TICKET". If you follow the directions, you will be sooooooo happy with the results. My husband said that this fudge is awesome. My search ends here, This is the best Peanut butter fudge!!!
