Quinoa with Chicken, Asparagus and Red Peppers
Im only giving it 3 stars because it was bland for my taste but has lots of potential. The second time I made it I changed a few things. I sauteed a small chopped onion, dash of red pepper flakes and 2 minced garlic cloves until translucent. Then added the chicken, salt, pepper, a dash or two of dried oregano and basil. This really upped the flavor without adding a ton of calories and turned it into a 5 star dish. Yum, yum. Thanks for sharing.

Broccoli With Lemon Almond Butter
I only gave it 4 because I did a few things different. First thing I did was I lightly roasted the almonds in a pan until fragrant. And I used less lemon juice and a bit more lemon zest. This was so good, light tasting, even with the butter and very refreshing. Thank you for sharing. I recommend toasting the almonds.

Turkey Pot Pie I
This is the first double crusted pie I've ever made. IT IS SO DELICIOUS!!! My twin 4 yr olds ate a double helping and the veggies didn't even phase them. Thank you for sharing. i think Im going to make this EVERY TIME I have leftover turkey.
