Soft Onion Sandwich Rolls

I love these and make them quite a bit, especially if we are having hamburgers. For an extra kick you can add 1 tsp of paprika which somehow enhances the flavor.

Lasagna Roll Ups II

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2013
I really liked the concept of this recipe. It was very tasty but it was also very dry. The next time I make it I am going to try and roll up the cheese and meat and then cover the rolls in sauce to see if that makes a difference.

If you're worried about boiling the can you can put it under water in a slow cooker on low for about eight hours.

My Best Clam Chowder

This turned out excellent! I omitted the celery (personal dislike) and added a few spices recommended by other reviewers and it tasted wonderful!

Toad In a Hole

LOL, I made these with a heart shaped cookie cutter., alas after I put on the cheese you couldn't see the hearts anymore. I made them with home made bread and this was truly comfort food.

San Antonio Taco Salad

I really loved the idea for the tortilla shells but I sprayed them with cooking spray and baked them liked a couple of the reviewers recommended. I also substituted a packet of chili mix for the spices. :)

San Antonio Taco Salad

I make this a lot but, what's the point of having a salad if it's 760 calories? To reduce this just bake your tortilla's. You can use a glass baking dish, jumbo muffin cups etc. Simply spray tortillas with cooking oil and bake in the oven at 350 for 5-8 min. Oh and I also just use taco seasoning rather than having to mess around with hot spices... we are weak when it comes to spices. :)

Pollo Fajitas

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
This tasted sooo good, but it really isn't my idea of a southwestern fajita just something really good and really different. I substituted roasted peppers for the bell pepper and omitted the soy sauce and my husband loved it.

Tortellini Italiano

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2012
This was a great weekday recipe where I need to make meal prep time as short as possible. The cheese sauce doesn't go very far making it less "sauce-y" than I would like, so it needs half and half or cream to add to the sauce, it could also use chopped onions. Make sure you taste the cooking creme before you make additions of spices or even salt because it really can stand alone.
