The Best Lemon Bars

these were super yummy!!!!! I have never made lemon bars before, but they will defintally be made again and again!!!!!! oh I did add the zest of both lemons to these.

I'm not sure where all the comments about these being cakey come from, I've made these about 6 times and always they turn out great, fudgey yummy brownies. sometimes I frost them with store bought frosting but they don't really need it. I have not made the frosting that is posted with these. but everyone loves these brownies.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

I love this recipe, we love sweet cornbread and this is perfect!! I add a little bit extra oil just to make it extra moist, don't cut back on the sugar....its so good with that sweetness.

Microwavable Chocolate Fudge

I skipped the marshmallows and nuts and used a bag of heath bits, oh my gosh it was the best fudge ever!!! I put it in the fridge to set up and kept it in there after I cut it up, perfect. it was so easy that I don't think I'll use another recipe again.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

these were great and easy, I added cinnamon and they were nummy......batter is a little thick but I just spread it around to the size I wanted.

Pattern Cookies

the dough was so sticky it was impossible to use the cookie cutters, so I just rolled them in balls and flattened them. they were pretty good the first day but became very dry the next. they puffed up a lot and were very soft almost cake like. won't make these again.

this calls for WAY TO MUCH sugar, i used 4 cups and it was perfect there is no way that 6 cups would have blended it would have been a crumbly mess, so be warned do not use 6 cups of sugar. other than that these were very good i used chocolate bark to coat and it was perfect.
