What a cookie! This is a great recipe for those that are just beginning to bake too, I also substituted 1/2 cup of brown sugar for 1/2 a cup of the white sugar and it came out great! I used all-spice since I didn't have all of the other spices and a teaspoon of cinnamon. I also added a little bit more salt (I found the batter was a little bit too sweet) so I added a full teaspoon of salt. I haven't made the glaze yet but am taking the suggestion to add the cinnamon, these would benefit from a tang, and I think a cream cheese frosting would set them off right! They are so delicious and moist! Thanks for sharing.
