Butternut and Acorn Squash Soup

I LOVED this soup! It was delicious and super easy. To cook the squash, I simply washed the outsides and baked them on a baking sheet at 400 degrees for one hour. After baking, it was effortless to slice them in half and scoop out the seeds.

Winter Green Salad

Excellent salad, particularly the dressing. I didn't use all of the same vegetables, but I followed the dressing recipe exactly, and it was well-received. I will make this again. (I used Bibb lettuce, kale, green onions, orange peppers, an Anjou pear, cherry tomatoes and walnuts)

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Baked Potato Soup I

Lettuce, Avocado and Sunflower Seed Salad

This was just ok - a little bland. I'd like to give it another try with Dijon Mustard instead of mayo and perhaps adding some Gorgonzola cheese

Pot Roast Dips

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars II

So easy and delicious! Very much like Reese's cups. I followed the recipe exactly and pressed into a pan lined with parchment paper. After the bars had cooled a bit, I refrigerated them overnight. They pulled out of the pan easily with the parchment paper, making cutting easier. (Warning: they did not cut into perfect little rectangles - this didn't change the taste :)

Donna's Chocolate Zucchini Bread
