Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2002
really very good! These came out looking fabulous and were excellent left over on a salad. Takes a little time to bread and fry, but worth it for an occasional meal.

Bacon Cheese Puffs

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2002
I did not really care for these too much the bacon and tomato cups on this site were much better. These were just missing something. My husband ate them and thought they were ok.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2002
Good! I used less mayo and added in some ranch seasoning to the filling and they were really good! I also used Phyllo premade pastry shells instead of the biscuits, made it look elegant and was super easy.

Antipasto Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2002
WOW! Absolutely wonderful! Takes a little extra time to prep all the ingredients, but it is definately worth it. I mixed it together, tasted it and kept coming back for more "tastes". I did add a little red wine vinegar in the dressing and some garlic salt. Really worth the purchase of the ingredients and time it takes to make it. Better than the salads at our local deli - and I thought they were really good!

Bacon Wrapped Barbeque Shrimp

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2002
I made this in my rotisserie instead of oven. I put it on skewers and cooked it - turned out nicely because they rotate and cook evenly. I think next time I will brush with barbeque sauce while cooking. It was a little too spicy for me with the dry barbeque seasoning.

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2002
This was very tasty, I used boneless chicken cut into cubes and sauteed in garlic and pepper prior to adding in - turned out very well. My husband liked it and even took all the leftovers to work the next day.

really good, easy to make! I have also made this with tiny shrimp sauteed in frying pan for about 2 -3 minutes and served over pasta - yum!

Kentucky Butter Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2002
This cake is absolutely delicious! I was skeptical that it would be bland but it is heavenly. Even my kids who usually will only eat cake if it is chocolate or with lots of icing loved this. Easy to make and turns out great! The only change I made was to poke holes with a skewer, pour 1/2 the butter sauce over top - remove it from the pan and then pour the rest over the other side. Moist and delicious.
