I made this for Thanksgiving 2005 and it was very good and different. I made it exactly as the recipe says and I don't think I would change a thing when I make it again.

Creamy Corn Chowder

I've made this creamy, tasty soup twice. Once I added chicken and the next time I added ham. I cut back to 1/2 tsp. of red pepper. It was a hit with my family both times.

Whipped Butternut Squash

Butternut Squash Soup

I added this pureed soup to homemade potato soup and served it to my son's future in-laws who are vegetarians. It was a hit! I'll make this recipe again.
