I like to cook, baking is my favorite passtime. I attended and graduated from a local college with a degree in Culinary arts. I also have a degree in Criminal Justice and Minor in Psychology.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake, But i also like to cook Italian food because i love it like I love christmas, alot. I like to cook stir fry to.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Will every Thanksgiving and christmas me and my mom cook the christams , thanksgiving dinner for the family and the tradion that we have is that we have to alternate between Macaroni and cheese(homemade style like my grandma makes)and paptao salad.
My cooking triumphs
When i was in college we went to a food show and me and my team made jerk Chicken, shimp Gumbo, fruit sald and some other stuff that i can not remeber, but anyho, i made the shimp Gumbo and i pleases me to say, we had none left to bring back. Also this passed thanksgiving i set out to make a Coconut pinnacle cake for a dessert this year, that was gone in a bout three days came out perfect, YAY!
My cooking tragedies
first time I ever made Brownies. I was only 14 and miss read the directions withthj e oil. I ended up putting 2 cups of oil into 2 batches of brownes, and had some really oily brownies when i first cut it in the pan, oil squirted out at me. Ahh, memories.
