Very good. I use Panko breadcrumbs and season with basil, parsley, garlic powder, and sea salt. I also dip the chicken in flour, then egg, then the breadcrumb mixture. I typically fry my chicken but decided to bake and was amazed at how juicy and crispy it turned out, not to mention the amount of fat ane calories saved by not frying. Definitely a keeper.
