Holiday Butter Cookies

I added some flaked coconut and vanilla essence, and a teeny bit more flour. The cookies came out excellent, and I ate 3 straight away.

I made these rolls for a dinner that I cooked for my boyfriend's family. They came out really good!! They rose so big, I think I'll make the balls smaller next time. Also, instead of brushing with eggwhite, I might use butter..will add some more flavor to them. Great recipe!

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

ok I've never made bread before, and these came out really fluffy. Only thing is i need to shape them better next time. I modified the recipe by activating dry yeast in the warm milk first, and then i brushed the tops with egg white when they were almost cooked. Really nice dough, really nice bread. :-)
