Oh my goodness, this was so good! It really is as easy as it seems, and although I chop very slowly, it was still ready in 20 minutes. I was bewildered by the selection of Mexican tomatoes, so I randomly picked a can with habaneros. HOT HOT HOT! But really good. Next time I will try a can of tomatoes with a milder pepper in it. Others have added this and that to the recipe, changed one thing for another, but I would say this recipe is perfect the way it is. Wow, this was good, and I definitely will be making it again. This one is a keeper!
