Amazing 'Pizza' Pork Chops

I thought these pork chops were good....but not AMAZING! I also didn't think they tasted like pizza. I would say they tasted like an Italian pork chop, but not pizza. Maybe I expected more because of the title saying AMAZING, but I was alittle let down. They were tasty, but I expected more. These will not be in my regular dinner roation.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I enjoyed this soup but made a few modifications! I did replace the beer with chicken broth and I used a rotisserie chicken instead of breast and diced 3 garlic cloves. Also, I cooked this on the stove for 1 1/2 hours instead of slow cooker. This had alot of flavor! I am let 2 girlfriends try my leftovers and they wanted the recipe too!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

After reading all the reviews I seasoned my pork chops with Tony's, garlic, pepper, sea salt, and onion powder, and used low sodium chicken broth instead of bouillon cube. I cooked these on high for 1 1/2 hours and they were completely cooked. I removed the chops and covered them with foil then added the sour cream. The sauce thickened up after 15 minutes and was very tasty! I served with egg noodles. I guess I expected it to taste different, but it tasted like pork chop stoganoff. It was a hit, but not what I expected as far as flavor.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

This sounds like such an odd recipe but trust me it is surprisingly good!!! Even my husband requests this...and that is impressive! The only thing I had to do differently was thicken the sauce up at the end. It was a little runny and after thickening it up it became more of a gravy to pour over the meat. I served this over brown rice. Must try!

Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

This was so yummmmmmmm! after reading a few reviews i decided to also add a little dried mustard and a little soy sauce...a little goes a long way to alter the flavor from the original recipe. It was a crowd pleaser and can't wait to cook it again!
