Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak
Really good recipe. I didn't have time to make my "go to" recipe for pepper steak, but this was a good alternative. Doubled the meat (large family), and tripled the sauce. Added the peppers towards the end (per reviews)and added more onion (personal preference). I omitted the salt because the soy sauce is so salty! Only addition I made was to add ground ginger. I will add this to my list of slow cooker recipes!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops
I have made this 3 times now, and all 3 times it has turned out tender, flavorful pork chops. Suggestions I would make: If you don't have fresh garlic, just add garlic powder to taste to the bread crumb mixture, and secondly, this makes a large amount of bread crumb mixture. I just made it tonight, and coated 10 large pork chops with bread crumbs left over. Thanks for the recipe!

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo
I tried this recipe today. As I have a large family, I tripled the recipe. Three cups of butter seemed like too much, so I used 2. I melted the butter and sauteed some minced fresh garlic (4 cloves). I added the cream to the butter and garlic and whisked it while heating it up. After mixture was heated I whisked in the cheese and added pepper to taste. DONT ADD ANY SALT. Who knew butter and cheese could be so salty! The sauce had really good flavor, but the saltiness was a bit overwhelming. Next time I will try with unsalted butter. Good base recipe though!
