Mashed Potato Casserole
Wanted twice baked potatoes - but didn't want the hassle. Found this recipe and glad I did - all the same flavors of twice baked but so much easier. This was a hit in our house. We now add 4 TBS of horseradish sauce and call it Kick'n Tater Casserole

Ellen's Addictive Guacamole
Converted my husband - he doesn't like guac but now he does! Fresh flavors. 5 stars as written. I make it with either lemon or lime and now add a little cumin. (For those of you that like cilantro and jalapeno in your guac - add it).

Baked Ham and Cheese Party Sandwiches
Man Tasted and Man Approved. 5 stars as written. Made these for my husband and buddies on football nite. Prepare yourself for all the compliments you'll receive and stand back and smile because it was SO easy! I just found out these are called "Funeral Sandwiches" (google it - same recipe)b/c you can make the sandwich ahead and refrigerate. Then later pour the butter sauce on them and bake. I like your name a whole lot better!
