Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

Terrific! This was a big hit with my husband. I've tried other stuffed pepper recipes and I'm always disappointed. This will be my "go to" recipe from now on. The only change I made was using spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

Mom's Best Pork Chops

This is the best pork chop recipe I've ever tried. I added a small amount of italian bread crumbs to the cracker crumbs and added some spices to that mixture rather than in the egg mixture as previously suggested. I will definitely make this on a regular basis.
