Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I make these just as written, though sometimes there's only salted butter at Aldi, in which case I omit the salt. In either case, these always come out big, chewy, and tasty. These have become an intermission staple at our improv shows; I make them at least 10 times a year, and I've never had a complaint. I think they have an almost caramel taste, possibly from the butter being melted; whatever the magic is, I'll gladly keep making these!

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon
I don't even bother with the measurements, just use this recipe as a guideline for the marinade. When I have people over who like things spicy, I go all out with the red pepper, but this recipe is equally delicious with just a sprinkle of red pepper for those of tamer tongue. I get raves every time (it's a standby recipe for first-time visitors to our home) and often am asked for the recipe. Thanks for posting it, it's a real keeper!

Baked Onion Dip II
tastes pretty good. I should have read reviews to avoid the grease trap! :)
