Breakfast Pies
we try not to eat much cheese but do love it anyway.I would just sprinkle a little cheese on top of these biscuits but not use a half cup of it.

Cheesy Italian Tortellini
actually it sounds pretty good but I never use cooked tomatoes only the sauce,amazing how we prefer certain things,I just don't like cooked tomatoes but love the tomato sauce so will substitute the sauce for the bulk tomatoes.

Authentic Mexican Chili Rellenos
Wonder if I can just make a light??beer batter and then cook the rellenos in olive oil??I haven't make rellenos in a long time because they were so messy to make with the original recipe.Like this recipe but will make some changes.Need to make some light sauce also.
